The AI Assistant
Both plans include it, within a limit that starts again each week. Pro's weekly limit is larger, and Pro adds extra for busy weeks. On the free plan it needs a university sign-in.
Your plan page shows how much of each limit you've used. Writing questions yourself, reports and history never count against it.
The rules
- What counts as a session?
- A session counts when the first answer comes in, from any device. Opening a room to check the projector, and rehearsals, never count.
- What happens when Pro ends?
- The account goes back to Free, and your courses, questions and reports stay. One pass runs at a time, so the next one can be bought once the current one has ended.
- Can I get a refund?
- Refunds are handled by Paddle, which sells the pass, under Paddle's refund policy and the law that applies to you. To ask, use the link in the receipt Paddle sends you.
- Who gets the AI Assistant on the free plan?
- Anyone who signs in with their university's own Google or Microsoft account, at a listed domain. Pro includes it whatever the address.
